 I  love love READING books 📚 and enjoy living a lifestyle of health and fitness to the fullest which includes hard work and dedication. I stay active as much as possible: exercising, walking, running, hiking, cycling, and working out.

I love reading books,  learning, growing, sharing, music, dancing, travel, oh yezzzz!

Nutrition also plays a major role in my daily life which includes healthy food choices, organic foods, gluten-free foods, clean / no processed foods and so on.
